The two villas will be placed in the middle of a field, at a short distance from each other for optimum privacyand autonomy of the occupants. Each residence, with its corresponding unbuilt part of the plot, will occupy an area of approximately 1.500 sq.m., to provide privacy for users and their outdoor activities. The location of the swimming pool is immediately adjacent to the main building, the outdoor sitting area, and the BBQ area.

The buildings will be oriented to the south-east and south-west, respectively, to make better use of the site and ensure absolute autonomy.

On their respective sides, there will be large openings providing unobstructed visual contact with the green area from the living room as well as from the bedrooms.
