Conditions for obtaining a Thailand Elite Visa
Foreigners will get an Elite Visa if certain financial conditions are met. The main requirements for investors wishing to apply for this status include:
- Minimum investment amount of $25,500 or more.
- No criminal record and no problems with the law in the applicant's home country. A certificate of absence of a criminal record is mandatory for obtaining a visa.
- Acquisition of medical insurance that covers the cost of treatment in Thailand in the amount of at least $100,000. The validity period of the policy must match the visa term requested.
