Provisions for people with mobility difficulties have been predicted and can be made upon request. The pools will be 22 m2.
One 120 m2 villa set in a private plot of 420 m2. This is a villa of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen and a living room. There is plenty of outdoor space and a private pool. An old stone threshing floor can be used as a decorative feature. This house also offers provisions for people with mobility difficulties.

Price

The final price can vary depending on the needs of the buyer. Our affordable standard edition includes:

The location

The location of the project was not chosen by chance. Sellia is a small village set in abundantly green surroundings in the heart of nature.
