Main House. The three-bedroom main house is central with two additional self-contained cottages on each side of the main house. There are views of the gardens and ocean from each of the buildings. The property is entered through the semi gated community to securely fenced property with a circular driveway.

The main house living area is on the upper level of the two-level home and opens out to a large, inviting verandah overlooking the gardens, private swimming pool and ocean. Guest House Two is also a two-level villa providing two comfortable bedrooms. The ground floor features a self-contained studio suite with bedroom, living room, kitchen and shower room, laundry room, a half bathroom, self-contained study/office suite, and a storeroom. The large second floor comprises of a self-contained guest suite with kitchen, living room and master ensuite bedroom. Outside galleries overlooking gardens on 2 sides, ocean views.

The North Sound is noted for bone fishing, snorkeling, and diving, Sting Ray City, Kayaking, Big Bird Island with its beaches and rare Racer snakes. The East Coast offers the best of constant cooling Easterly trade winds over the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, making for comfortable living and for exciting sailing, Kite Boarding and Wind Surfing conditions. The waters surrounding the North Sound can be navigated by sailboats with draft of 2 meters and have safe access to the Atlantic Ocean, for excellent sailing and deep-sea fishing.
