In the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms, 20m2 each, one right and the other on the left. Their French windows exit to flower gardens and orchards. The room you can find on your right as you leave the living room and head to the bedrooms is facing to the east. In this room there is a double bed, an armchair and a traditional wardrobe. The room on your left is facing to the west and has two single beds as well as a great built-in wardrobe.
Then, a wooden staircase leads to the upper level of the villa, the attic. This is a unique, cosy place, appropriate for isolation and time of relaxing. In the attic, which is an area of 40m2, there is a second, smaller living-room as well as a study room, energy fireplace and a wardrobe. It also has its own internal bathroom with a shower. In the attic there are facilities as satellite TV, air-condition and central heating, just like in the other bedrooms. A small, stone balcony of handmade iron, which faces to the west, completes the beauty of the attic.
The three bedrooms of the villa are served by two bathrooms and a WC. In the first level of the villa, between the two bedrooms, there is a 15m2 bathroom with a bath. Two stone arched windows let the sunlight in. Next to this bathroom there is a small WC. There you can find a washing machine, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The second bathroom can be found in the attic and it has a shower and an artistic counter-sink made of stone and iron.
The kitchen communicates with the dining and living room through a dome of ceramic bricks. Five brick decorated windows let the sunlight get into the room.

Viticulture and vinification of villa's wine is being done by means of local traditional ways. Natural fertilizing as well as ecological plant protection are used for this purpose. Grapes are crushed on a traditional linen, pressed by feet.
In a natural room, in villa's cellar, there are wooden barels in which the wine is kept and matures.
Two artistic stairs made of stone lead to the lower level of the house, to the pool level. The pool and the BBQ room is united and located over the vineyard. The size of the pool is 50m2. The length is 10m and the width 4.5m or 5.5m as the case may be.
The depth starts from 0.9m and ends to 1.40m. There is also whirlpool and a wading pool, 0.35m deep. It is surrounded by greenery and flowers, which together with the discreet lighting complete the colourful picture during the day and night.
