The houses also feature high ceilings, natural wood, and a traditional tile design. The communal areas of the project include a swimming pool with a historical vibe, a social space, landscaped areas with statues and cultural figures, a 13.000 m² land ornamented with olive trees, 2 private car parks for each stone house, a generator, and a water well.
The stone houses with open patios consist of 3 bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen with natural wood, 3 en-suite bathrooms, a veranda, and a 100 sqm patio. The stone houses with covered patios consist of 3 bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen with natural wood, an en-suite bathroom, a shared bathroom, a shared half bath, and a covered patio. The stone houses are equipped with an underfloor heating system and fireplace coated with natural stone. The natural woods in the kitchens along with the massif-wood doors were specially manufactured for this project. Additionally, the veranda spaces of the living rooms are out of massif woods. BJV-00377
