The houses also feature high ceilings, natural wood, and a traditional tile design. The project offers facilities such as walking paths in 13,000 m² olive grove, private parking lot for 2 cars for each stone house, generator and water well.
The stone houses with open patios consist of 3 bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen with natural wood, 3 en-suite bathrooms, a veranda, and a 100 sqm patio. The stone houses with covered patios consist of 3 bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen with natural wood, an en-suite bathroom, a shared bathroom, a shared half bath, and a covered patio. The stone houses are equipped with an underfloor heating system and fireplace coated with natural stone.
